Geoff started his career in Calgary after completing a Business Administration (Accounting) and Real Estate and Property Management program at Algonquin College.

While in Calgary, Geoff moved quickly through the ranks with Arnovitch and Leipsic to become The Prudential Insurance Company of America’s portfolio manager responsible for the leasing and management of over 1,500,000 sq. ft. of industrial and suburban office space.

On returning to Ottawa, Geoff joined one of Ottawa’s largest fee management companies as Director of Property Management Services and oversaw substantial growth in the management portfolio. But the development bug was in his blood, so he joined one of Ottawa’s leading suburban office and industrial developers as Director of Leasing and Commercial Development. Along with an experienced team of in-house professional engineers and project managers, Geoff was responsible for all leasing, marketing, site selection and development.

Kylene Gillies began her career with a strong foundation in client service, business operations, and relationship management, skills that naturally led her into commercial real estate. Her ability to understand client needs, communicate clearly, and manage complex processes has shaped her approach to every transaction.

Since entering the commercial real estate industry, Kylene has worked across leasing and sales assignments, supporting both occupiers and investors through detailed market research, financial analysis, and deal coordination. She plays a key role in guiding clients through each stage of the transaction, ensuring they are informed, supported, and positioned to make confident decisions.

Kylene is known for her collaborative, people-first mindset and her ability to balance analytical thinking with practical execution. Fluent in English and French, she brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a modern perspective to Ottawa Commercial Team, contributing to thoughtful advisory services and long-term client relationships.
